Early spring is a mixed bag of hot and cold temperatures, so outerwear is almost always a must. Making the transition from parkas to lightweight jackets can add a bit of stylish excitement because now you can rock some pieces with more character, like patterned bomber jackets.
Deciding which level of statement jacket you want to rock is solely a personal decision, but, consider making this jacket a creative black tie alternative (NYE party, prom, Grammy Awards).
How To Pull Of The MSP Look
- Pair this look w/ sneakers. Even though there are formal elements (tuxedo pant), a sneaker matches the sporty nature of the bomber

Derby season is just around the corner, so while you’re thinking of tossing back mint juleps, let’s skip the seersucker and opt for some checks. Punchy plaids & windowpanes are the upgraded version of derby style and these outfits can pull double duty as summer wedding looks.
How To Pull Of The MSP Look
- Always opt for white denim. It’s fresh, season and complements any plaid blazer
- Show some ankle

How To Pull Of The MSP Look
- Go with a shorter jacket. When a DB is too long, is looks dated and sort of like a dress
- Taper the torso of the jacket, also make sure the shoulders hug your boy properly
