A Restart For Workout Conundrums
Yeah so, quarantine has been great for reconnecting with yourself, your family and picking up new hobbies — like baking. But, for each loaf of sourdough that you’ve devoured, along came a few pounds too. No lie, I put on 8 pounds in a matter of weeks and for a while, I just didn’t care — but, summer crept up on me with a vengeance.
Luckily, I started doing a series of workouts and pulled it back together. With a mix of HIIT, plyometric, strength & speed workouts I’ve devised a fitness routine that I’m sure can help ramp up your body. Most of these routines will require little to no equipment and can be done in the comfort of your home.
