A Rebrand & New Life For The Philly Upstart
Damari made a major splash in the custom suting scene in Philadelphia a few years back, with Superbowl champion, safety Malcolm Jenkins at the helm. Outfitting heavy hitters across professional sports and the big screen, then Damari Savile, was the new kid on the block in the traditional menswear game.
But, any good brand knows how to pivot with the times and when a rebrand is necessary for success. So today, we have DAMARI.
Kicking off this rebrand with the CLEAN campaign, Jenkins had a vision for this collection that featured monochromatic style, rich materials, varsity letter and cleans lines. In my honest opinion, the Damari team executed it flawlessly. By far one of the best rebrands that I’ve seen by a boutique clothing brand in the last decade. Especially w/ the addition of womens wear too!
Jenkins made it clear that this rebrand & clean campaign is here to continue to push the culture forward. This is a truly an unapologetic representation of Blackness that is meant to inspire people of all hues. As someone that has seen the Damari brand grow from day one, I’m proud of the growth in their product offering, design, tailoring and messaging.
Bravo to Alyssa, Malcolm, Eric and the entire Damari team.
