Travel Smart, Travel Fresh
We’re in the height of the holiday travel season and having your travel essentials at the ready will have you speeding through the train station or airport. You might opt for a completely cozy outfit when riding the rails and taking to the skies, but, finding a look that falls in between stylish, comfy and formal is the way to go. I’ve partnered with Nautica & Amazon Fashion to show you a new way to look at travel style.

Travelling like a champ during the busy holiday season is part sport, art & science. There are a few tricks that I use to help me look fly, stay sane and quickly find my luggage.
- Standout in the crowd: I almost always wear a bright color shirt when I’m travelling with my wife or a group, just in case we get separated and they need to spot me from afar. So the mustard yellow long sleeve polo shirt is definitely a no-brainer.
- Lost Luggage No More: in a sea of black & grey suitcases, having a bright red one makes it extremely easy to spot on the carousel. Plus, a hard-shell suitcase protects your valuables when your bag is getting jostled around
- Time, It’s All About Time: to be exact, it’s about watches. I almost always fly with a battery-operated watch just in case my phone dies and time is of the essence. Plus, a solid watch grounds any stylish travel outfit
- Shades On Please: long flights can leave you with bags under your eyes. And, A pair of dark lens aviators sunglasses are perfect for hiding how tired you are. Just don’t wear them on the plane, unless, you’re using them to help you fall asleep
