I may not be headed back to campus, but, I’ve learned that a backpack is the most convenient way tote my gear around on the daily, however; sometimes I need a bag that’s more than a traditional “backpack”. What I needed was a bag that was part tote & backpack that wasn’t too technical looking and refined enough to rock with tailored menswear. After taking a solid hour searching through the selection on backpacks.com (it’s outrageous awesome and slightly addicting), I came across the Camden bag by Sherpani.
Why It’s My Go-To Sportswear Backpack
It’s made from 100% recycled nylon – making it extremely light and durable (and pretty green). With a subdued grey & black two-toned colorway, this bag is versatile enough to wear with just about everything in my closet. Besides being a style chameleon, design-wise – when I need to change the bag over to a tote, the backpack straps are easily tucked away. Win!

It’s almost impossible to find a nylon tote bag that complements a suit well because they’re either too shiny, too technical looking or too sporty. Imagine my excitement when this bag knocked these point out the park. Plus, the added handles take this bag from backpack to tote seamlessly.
