Known for the affordable approach to off-the-rack men’s & women’s tailored suits and formal wear, Suitshop recently launched their Made To Order program. Some time last year, the brand reached out to MSP letting us know about the upcoming program and if I’d like to participate in receiving one of the first rounds of product, give feedback on the garments and the program itself.

To keep the ordering process streamlined, Suitshop is offering a variety of limited fabrics in their established fit profile (slim, modern). Offered in sizing for men and women, turnaround time is 8 to 10 weeks from ordering — depending on the product ordered.
My Particular Order
With my experience designing custom suits, I worked with the team at Suitshop to add special touches to their Made To Order garments. Think patch pockets on a half-lined jacket, wide peak lapels, a double-breasted waistcoat, and sidetab adjusters on the pants—details that elevate any look.
While these aren’t standard options, I pushed for them, knowing these are the features people want in a truly custom garment. And with price points starting around $150 for certain pieces, the value and quality are solid. Perfect if you’re new to suiting or need something quick.
Looking ahead, refining the turnaround time and enhancing the custom features (like adding a natural shoulder profile) would take the experience to the next level. Overall, well done, Suitshop!
