Right before the Kentucky Derby, I picked up these forest green Oxfords from Blackstock & Weber to wear to a derby party I was co-hosting in New York w/ Hooch app at Hotel Chantelle (picture of me rocking these kicks). How The Lewis Green Suede Brogues Made The List
- The green colorway is a bit richer than they seem online, without venturing into comically green
- Green suede is seasonal and can really be worn all year
- They’re a weighty shoe with a sleek silhouette, but, they still slightly chunky
- The contrasting color of the crepe sole is refreshing and makes them versatile enough to wear with denim or a suit
- There was no breaking in time. Right out the box and I was ready to roll
